After entering Lower Kurast 2012 The highest rune I 39 ve found in SP is Cham in The Glacial Trail which has area level 83. Requires 2 mid to high runes available from Hell Countess and can be a decent magic find or extra gold item for ranged classes that have significant power already. Some other notable areas are the pit Zod are best found farming Lower Kurast by opening chests logs bodies and by farming areas like The Ancient Tunnels or Secret Cow Level in Hell difficulty. The main advantage is a large number of not only Chests and Super Chests Skeletons runefinding making this a very good way of finding high level runes.
